Morgan County Board Meeting
\nMay 3, 2021<\/p>\n
The Morgan County Board of Commissioners met in the Commissioner\u2019s office on Monday May 3, 2021 at 9 am. Chr. Fanning asked for roll call. Dep. Clk. Jokisch asked for roll call as follows, Commissioner Meier answered present, (via phone call in), Commissioner Zeller answered present and Chr. Fanning answered present. Dep. Clk. Jokisch informed the Chr. that a quorum is present and the meeting could continue.<\/p>\n
Chr. Fanning said that the first order of business is the approval of the agenda. Commissioner Zeller made a motion to approve the agenda as presented. Commissioner Meier seconded the motion. All voted \u201cAYE\u201d. The motion has been approved.<\/p>\n
Chr. Fanning said that the minutes from the April 19 board meeting are next on the agenda for approval from the board. Commissioner Zeller made a motion to approve the minutes as written. Commissioner Meier seconded the motion. Al voted \u201cAYE\u201d. The motion has passed.<\/p>\n

Chr. Fanning said that bills of $135,552.89 need approval from the board for payment. Commissioner Zeller made a motion to approve the payment of bills in the stated amount. Commissioner Meier seconded the motion. Chr. Fanning asked for roll call. Dep. Clk. Jokisch asked for roll call for the payment of bills as follows, Commissioner Meier answered \u201cAYE\u201d, Commissioner Zeller answered \u201cAYE\u201d and Chr. Fanning answered \u201cAYE\u201d. Chr. Fanning said that the verifiable payroll for signing on the 13 and distribution on the 14 is the next item needing approval. Commissioner Meier made a motion to approve the verifiable payroll for the stated dates. Commissioner Zeller seconded the motion. Chr. Fanning asked for roll call. Dep. Clk.
